  1. The hotel lobby has natural air ventilation.

  2. Standard health and safety protocols are implemented:

    • Social distancing is observed at all times.

    • Wearing of face mask inside the hotel premises is required.

    • Body temperature is checked upon entry.

    • Shoes are disinfected, and hand sanitizing stations are provided throughout the premises.

  3. Room keycards are sanitized with an ultraviolet disinfecting device.

  4. Hotel rooms are treated with ultraviolet light technology before guest’s arrival;

  5. Mattresses are treated with an ultraviolet vacuum cleaner;

  6. All rooms have individual air conditioning units and selected rooms also have a veranda to ensure an adequate supply of fresh air.

  7. All rooms have a UV air purifier unit for cleaner air and a healthier environment.

  8. Sanitation team is assigned to ensure frequent cleaning and disinfection of high touched areas and surfaces.

  9. Modified procedures are in place for hassle-free check-in and express check out.

  10. Provision of sanitation kit in each guestroom, inclusive of disposable face mask, pocket tissue, and alcohol solution

  11. An extra safety measure by placing a clean seal on the room door to indicate that the guest room has not accessed since being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected;

  12. QR code for touchless room service menu, health declaration, and registration form are available;

  13. A separate hazardous trash bin intended for used PPE such as face masks, gloves, and other sanitation waste materials is available.

  14. Room service will be delivered to your doorstep by “knock, drop, and go” service to maintain the social distancing;
